REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Francis George Githire, of P.O. Box 1452–00217, Limuru in the Republic of Kenya, is the registered proprietor lessee of all that piece of land known as L.R. No. 24940/29, situate in north east of Limuru in Kiambu District, by virtue of an indenture of a conveyance registered GLA N.109, Folio 235, File 29667, and whereas the land register in respect thereof is lost or destroyed, and whereas efforts made to locate the said land register have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, the land register shall be reconstructed as provided under section 33 (5), provided that no objection has been received within that period.
