WHEREAS Beatrice Watiri Wariahe (ID/428096), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land known as Subdivision No. 2108 section III Mainland North, registered as C.R. 38513, using a fake or forged certificate of title, and whereas Caroline Karungari Kahende is holding the genuine or bonifide certificate of title in respect of the said piece of land, notice is given that after the expiration of ninety (90) days from the date hereof, the provisional certificate of title held by Beatrice Watiri Wariahe will be revoked and cancelled.
