REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Salma Mohamed Kamshui, (2) Hafsa Mohamed Abdulla and (3) Zakiya Mohamed Kamshui, all of P.O. Box 81847– 80100, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, are registered as proprietors in freehold ownership of all that piece of land containing 0.045 acres or thereabout, situate in Mombasa Municipality in the Mombasa District, registered as Mombasa/Block XLIV/67, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of title has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period as provided under section 33 (3).
