IT IS notified for general information of the public that the specified microfinance bank formerly known as Maisha Microfinance Bank Limited has by resolution of the Board and approval of the Registrar of Companies, effected a change of name from Maisha Microfinance Bank Limited to On It Microfinance Bank Limited, with effect from the 28th November, 2023.
