E13 OF 2023 By (1) Fredrick Oduori Obwaka and (2) Fabio Gago Birenge, both of P.O. Box 23, Funyula in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Clement Oduor Birenge, who died on 10th June, 2010. CAUSE NO. 15 OF 2023 By Geoffrey Wangira Okello, of P.O. Box 23–50406, Funyula in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Paul Osalo Ogale alias Paul Osolo Ogale alias Paul Osalo, who died at Ojibo Sub-location, on 11th April, 1983. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
