TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: 26th January, 2024 THE KENYA GAZETTE CAUSE NO. E30 OF 2023 By Samuel Mucai Mureru, the deceased’s widower, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Esther Waithira Muchai, who died on 29th April, 2023. CAUSE NO. E31 OF 2023 By (1) Amendeo Mbogo Kamau and (2) Hannah Wanjiku Kamau, the deceased’s son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jaquilina Wairimu, who died on 31st May, 1995. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
