TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E127 OF 2023 By Tom Mboya Akech, of P.O. Box 1, Ndhiwa in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Elisha Akech Chieng, who died on 28th September, 2018. CAUSE NO. E154 OF 2023 By (1) David Omuga Owino, (2) Tom Mboya Akech and (3) Walter Omuga Otieno, all of P.O. Box 1, Ndhiwa in Kenya, the deceased’s grandsons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Zephania Chieng Omuga alias Sipania Chieng, who died on 29th September, 1996. CAUSE NO. E193 OF 2023 By (1) Elen Atieno Aluoch and (2) Wicklife Oluoch Tuda, both of P.O. Box 201, Homa Bay in Kenya, the deceased’s daughters-in-law, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jannes Oringa alias Janes Oringo Okelo, who died on 10th July, 1983. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
