Box 406–40202, Keroka in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Charles Ondieki Oyungo, who died at Bonyakoni Sub-location, on 1st November, 1975. CAUSE NO. E8 OF 2023 By Peter Makori Osoro, of P.O. Box 53066, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Osoro Asati Areba alias Areba Asati, who died at Bochari, on 8th June, 2006. CAUSE NO. E9 OF 2023 By Daniel Magiya Osebe, of P.O. Box 650, Keroka in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Esther Kemunto Osebe alias Ester Osebe, who died at Moi Teaching and Referral Hospital in Kenya, on 17th November, 2015. CAUSE NO. E21 OF 2023 By (1) Douglas Abuga Oyaro, (2) Beatrice Kerubo Mireri and (3) Divinah Moraa Osoti, all of P.O. Box 102, Keroka in Kenya, the deceased’s son, daughter-in-law and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Osoti Motachwa, who died at Amabuko, on 17th April, 1983. CAUSE NO. E23 OF 2023 By Patrick Osiemo Miomanyi, of P.O. Box 650, Keroka in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Henry Momanyi Nyaanga, who died at Bitabori, on 14th July, 1985.
