TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E38 OF 2023 By (1) Tompoi Tikan and (2) Sintila Taikan, both of P.O. Box 24, Loitokitok in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nakiyayi ene Tikan Kula, who died at Nkama, on 6th August, 2023. CAUSE NO. E40 OF 2023 By (1) William Kamau Kimani and (2) Jane Kanyi Kimani, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Kimani Mama alias Kimani Mama, who died at Inkarik Rongena Sub-location, on 29th September, 2010. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
