E78 OF 2023 By Zephania Nyapola, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mukhulu Okayumba alias Okayumba Omukhulu, who died at Shiraha in 2001. CAUSE NO. E225 OF 2023 By Eunice Shiefuka Abuka, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Alujio Omusebe, who died at Eshirali in 1996. CAUSE NO. E260 OF 2023 By Repher Thomas Ondiko, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Omusasia Talanyi alias Omusasia Talanyi Anyangu, who died at St. Mary’s Hospital in Kenya in 1990. CAUSE NO. E275 OF 2023 By Benson Ogolla Nandwa, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nandwa Ogola Abuom alias Nandwa Ogola, who died at Bushieni in 1999. CAUSE NO. E276 OF 2023 By James Wembe Orindo, of P.O. Box 177, Khwisero in Kenya, the deceased’s grandson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mich Ndeta Amulaku alias Ndeta Amulaku, who died at Mwikalikha, on 3rd September, 1984.
