TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 181 OF 2023 By (1) John Kariuki Mwaniki, (2) Phillis Wanjiru Mwaniki and (3) Zipporah Muthoni Mwaniki, all of P.O. Box 52, Karatina in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ikou Muriuki, who died on 5th July, 1978. CAUSE NO. E340 OF 2023 By Lucy Wangari Mugweru, of P.O. Box 326, Karatina in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kabira Karu Ngongoro, who died at Karatina Sub-county Hospital in Kenya, on 20th December, 2020. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
