Box 1, Kandara in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mungai Kimani, who died at Kirimi Sub-location, Mbogo Estate, on 26th January, 1975. CAUSE NO. E343 OF 2022 By (1) Lydia Wairimu Kimani and (2) Richard Ndungu Kimani, both of P.O. Box 1, Kandara in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kimani Ichahuria, who died at Kagundui-ini, on 7th May, 2005. CAUSE NO. E217 OF 2023 By James Gichungu Kimani, of P.O. Box 916, Thika in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kamuiru Waiharo, who died at Gathanji, on 31st July, 1997. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
