CAUSE NO. 183 OF 2023 By Elvis Meja Charo, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Charo Katana Mwaringa, who died on 30th June, 2022. CAUSE NO. 184 OF 2023 By Martin Mwalimu Kahindi, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jimmy Saro Katana, who died on 9th June, 2016.
