TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E66 OF 2023 By Robert Sagania Nyachuba, of P.O. Box 555–40200, Kisii in Kenya, the deceased’s nephew, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mose Isena, who died on 20th April, 2001. CAUSE NO. E89 OF 2022 By Rose Mutheu Nzusyo, of P.O. Box 251, Ogembo in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Morris Onderi, who died at Tendere Location, on 15th December, 2011. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
