TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E30 OF 2022 By (1) Caroline Wairimu Njoroge and (2) Patrick John Njoroge, both of P.O. Box 373–00208, Ngong Hills in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mary Njeri Njoroge, who died at Ngong Township Sub- location, on 19th February, 2006. CAUSE NO. E109 OF 2022 By Jane Wangari Mathai, of P.O. Box 8489–00100, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peter Mathai Ng’ang’a, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 26th September, 2020. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
