Box 649–216, Githunguri in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Ng’ang’a Wambari, who died at Kanjai, Riamute, Githunguri, on 5th September, 2017. CAUSE NO. 162 OF 2023 By (1) Horswell Mbugua Njuguna and (2) David Nyori Njuguna, both of P.O. Box 78, Kagwe in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Hannah Wambui Mbugua, who died at Gachoire Sub- location, on 16th July, 2022. CAUSE NO. E174 OF 2023 By (1) Patrick Mwangi Wanguri and (2) John Kirunge Wanguri, both of P.O. Box 16–00216, Githunguri in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Wanguri Mwangi, who died at Kijabe Hospital in Kenya, on 3rd October, 2007. CAUSE NO. E175 OF 2023 By (1) Samuel Gachungi Mburu and (2) Caroline Wairimu Mburu, both of P.O. Box 89–00216, Githunguri in Kenya, the deceased’s son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Isaak Mburu Elijah alias Isack Mburu Wathika, who died at Githunguri, Ngeteti, on 16th July, 2021. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
