TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E88 OF 2022 By Rose Wanjiru Macharia, of P.O. Box 37613, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joel Macharia Njagi, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 9th April, 2012. CAUSE NO. E238 OF 2023 By Jane Wanjiru Gitau, of P.O. Box 48–00221, Matathia in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Regina Nyathira Mugunda alias Nyathira Wamugunda, who died at Kijabe Hospital in Kenya, on 25th May, 2006. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
