E170 OF 2023 By Lucy Nthenya Munyau, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Munyau Matheka, who died on 26th September, 2023. CAUSE NO. 188 OF 2020 By Salim Mzee Juma, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Rosemary Muthoni Gathitu, who died at Thika Level 5 Hospital in Kenya, on 4th May, 2018. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
