E57 OF 2020 By (1) Fatuma Kombe Nzai, (2) Mary Kombe Nzai and (3) Kache Karimi Ngari, the deceased’s daughters, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kombe Nzai Rua alias Kombe N. Ruwa, who died on 27th Janaury, 2011. CAUSE NO. 15 OF 2023 By (1) Kahindi Kazungu Charo and (2) Benson Mwaduna Mwambire, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Charo Mwambire Koi, who died on 5th September, 2016. CAUSE NO. E118 OF 2023 By (1) Julius Katana Furaha and (2) Habel Kazungu Furaha, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Furaha Mwanyule Mure, who died on 24th August, 2011. CAUSE NO. E167 OF 2023 By (1) Kahindi Karema Nzaro and (2) Kazungu Karema Nzaro, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Karema N. Kuthuthu alias Karema Nzaro Kuthuthu, who died on 27th October, 2001. CAUSE NO. E174 OF 2023 By Christine Thuva Mboro, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Wilson Mwangi Maina, who died on 19th July, 2021. CAUSE NO. E181 OF 2023 By (1) Jumwa Safari Mae and (2) Hebrant Saheri Mwaringa, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mwaringa Mae Mwaringa, who died on 25th May, 1997.
