TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E11 OF 2023 By Peter Jan Constant Asselberghs, the deceased’s brother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Dirk Leo Ferdinand Asselberghs, who died at Meise, Belgium, on 20th March, 2010. CAUSE NO. E50 OF 2023 By Edward Wanjala Jamin, of P.O. Box 37, Kwale in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Edward Wanjala Jamin, who died at Kwale, on 31st October, 2022. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
