TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E413 OF 2023 By Catherine Ondara, of P.O. Box 585–40200, Kisii in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ondara Nyamete, who died at Christamarianne Hospital in Kenya, on 18th October, 2013. CAUSE NO. E179 OF 2023 By Richard Nyagame Mangera, of P.O. Box 858–40200, Kisii in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Rusia Nyanchera Mangera, who died at Bogitaa, on 17th April, 2003. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
