TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E207 OF 2023 By Maeba Okerio Dennis, of P.O. Box 418, Kisii in Kenya, the deceased’s grandson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mireri Ombiro, who died on 2nd April, 1993. CAUSE NO. 427 OF 2023 By Justus Ontita Orina, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Gabriel Orina Gichana alias Orina Gichana, who died on 26th May, 1996. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
