TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E117 OF 2023 By Jane Wairimu Mbugua, of P.O. Box 90–20106, Molo in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Paul Mbugua Kariuki, who died at Soliat. CAUSE NO. E118 OF 2023 By John Karanja, of P.O. Box 90–20106, Molo in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Elijah Waweru Githirwa, who died at Setkotes. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
