TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E400 OF 2023 By Stephen Ochieng Odhiambo, the deceased’s grandson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Benta Wambani Mriwo alias Benta Wamban Mriwo, who died at Siriwo Sub-location , on 15th October, 2009. CAUSE NO. E474 OF 2023 By Josia Omondi Alumba, of P.O. Box 69, Siaya in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nicanor Alumba, who died at Ramula, on 6th October, 1980. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
