TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E44 OF 2022 By Priscilla Nduku Mbuthi, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Daniel Mbuthi Mukiu, who died at Coptic Hospital in Kenya, on 2nd November, 2017. CAUSE NO. E62 OF 2023 By Charles Muli, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mumbi Muli Muindu, who died at Kathoka Sub-location, on 15th January, 2023. CAUSE NO. E71 OF 2023 By Omari Makau Nzeva, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nzeva Mutilu, who died at Kavoloi Sub-location, on 26th October, 1991. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
