Box 2438, Meru in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter and widow, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Julius Muruyia Mutwiri, who died at Meru General Hospital in Kenya, on 11th December, 2021. CAUSE NO. E134 OF 2023 By (1) Kirimi Kiogora Lee Alex and (2) Dennis Mwenda Karimi, both of P.O. Box 41980–80100, Mombasa in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of James Kirimi Munyua, who died at Mombasa Hospital in Kenya, on 21st June, 2012. CAUSE NO. E322 OF 2023 By (1) Cecelia Gacoga Mukunja and (2) Harriet Mukuba, both of P.O. Box 703–660200, Meru in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Paskasio Mukunja Konga, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 9th September, 2016. CAUSE NO. E323 OF 2023 By (1) Penina Igoki Kaimenyi and (2) Timothy Koome Kaimenyi, both of P.O. Box 703, Meru in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Stanely Kaimenyi, who died at Themba, on 23rd February, 2023. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
