TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: 26th January, 2024 THE KENYA GAZETTE CAUSE NO. 442 OF 2023 By Alice Wambui Njuguna, of P.O. Box 110, Ndaragwa in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Stephen Njuguna Wanjara, who died at Alexandria Cancer Centre, on 2nd January, 2019. CAUSE NO. 498 OF 2023 By Ruth Nyakio Njuguna, of P.O. Box 1362, Nyahururu in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Daniel Njuguna Muiruri, who died at District Hospital, Ol Kalou in Kenya, on 28th October, 1998. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
