Box 51–00902, Kikuyu in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Stephen Ndungu Kuria, who died on 12th June, 2023. CAUSE NO. E345 OF 2023 By (1) Jane Wairimu Njoroge and (2) Serah Njeri Karanja, both of P.O. Box 51–00902, Kikuyu in Kenya, the deceased’s daughters, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mwangi Maingi, who died on 25th April, 2022. CAUSE NO. E347 OF 2023 By (1) James Njenga Ndungu and (2) Jane Muthoni Kiarie, both of P.O. Box 23071, Lower Kabete in Kenya, the deceased’s brother and sister, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Evan Nganga Ndungu, who died on 6th April, 2020. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
