E295 OF 2023 By Samuel Mutega Kihiu, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jamlick Mutega Kihiu alias Mutega Kihiu alias Kihiu Mutega, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 9th September, 1993. CAUSE NO. E323 OF 2023 By Ndung’u Gitau, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Njoki Gitau, who died at Nembu, on 30th September, 1998. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
