E269 OF 2023 By Alice Nyambura Ndungu, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Gerald Ndungu Mwariri alias Mwariri Gerald Ndungu, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 14th September, 2021. CAUSE NO. E287 OF 2023 By Alice Wanja Njuguna, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peter Nyoike Mbucho, who died at Gatundu South, on 22nd August, 2009. CAUSE NO. E363 OF 2023 By Isaac Kimani Wairegi, of P.O. Box 780–01000, Thika in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Naomi Waithira Wairege, who died at Ndiko Sub-location, on 29th June, 2023. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
