TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 168 OF 2023 By Pascal Maina Macharia, of P.O. Box 774–30200, Kitale in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Wanja Gatau Macharia alias Wanja Gitau Macharia, who died at Rhonda, Nakuru, on 12th December, 1995. CAUSE NO. 194 OF 2023 By Tom Mboya Abdonya, of P.O. Box 3072–30200, Kitale in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Daniel Hamisi Avudonya, who died at Kapomboi, on 2nd December, 2016. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
