Box 60, Kabarnet in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Chepkwony Chepkonga, who died at Kabarnet, on 16th January, 1976. CAUSE NO. E482 OF 2023 By (1) Gerald Kiratu Gathiru and (2) Teresia Wangari Nganga, both of P.O. Box 599–20100, Nakuru in Kenya, the deceased’s son and widow, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Daniel Nganga Kiratu, who died at Mugumo Sub-location, on 16th July, 2018. CAUSE NO. E600 OF 2023 By Bernard Kipngetich Kirui, of P.O. Box 17952–20100, Nakuru in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Chelulu Ara Suguma, who died at St. Mary’s Hospital in Kenya, on 11th February, 2011.
