TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E197 OF 2023 By (1) Fatma Swaleh Mahdi and (2) Swafia Abdalla alias Swafiya Swaleh Mahdi, both of P.O. Box 1520–80100, Mombasa in Kenya, the deceased’s sisters, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Salha Saleh Mahdi, who died on 30th January, 2018. 26th January, 2024 THE KENYA GAZETTE CAUSE NO. E215 OF 2023 By (1) Kanu Dharshi Ambabhai Karia alias Kanu Dharshi Karia and (2) Vinod Dharshi Karia, both of P.O. Box 84032–80100, Mombasa in Kenya, the executors named in the deceased’s will, for a grant of probate of the will annexed to the estate of Bhasker Dharshi Ambabhai alias Bhasker Dharshi Ambabhai Karia, who died at Pandya Memorial Hospital in Kenya, on 16th June, 2022. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
