TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E46 OF 2023 By (1) Edna Chemutai Bii and (2) Susan Chepngeno, both of P.O. Box 74, Kapsoit in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peter Kibet Langat, who died at Kericho County Referral Hospital in Kenya, on 19th August, 2020. CAUSE NO. E48 OF 2023 By Jonathan Kiplangat Bor, of P.O. Box 337, Sotik in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Rebecca Chepkorir Maina, who died on 8th February, 2003. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
