TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E16 OF 2023 By (1) Maurine Cherotich Arusei and (2) Patrick Kipkoech Mutai, the deceased’s widow and brother, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Cyrus Gichovi Njeru, who died at Kijabe Hospital in Kenya, on 30th December, 2022. CAUSE NO. E44 OF 2023 By (1) Oiboo ole Koikai and (2) Kelvin Santetua Koikai, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Koikai ole Teretui Lamet alias Koikai ole Teretui, who died at Olchorro-Oibor, on 24th April, 2004. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
