TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E11 OF 2022 By (1) Jeremiah Maingi Maundu, (2) Kamene Maundu and (3) Loise Ndululu Maundu, all of P.O. Box 36, Yoani in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Maundu Kimoni alias Maundu Kimoni alias Joseph Maundu alias Joseph Maundu Kimonyi, who died at Bishop Kioko Hospital in Kenya. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
