Box 10431–00200, Nairobi in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Patriciah Kabui Mananga, who died at Nairobi Hospital in Kenya, on 20th May, 2021. CAUSE NO. E60 OF 2023 By (1) Beth Muthengi and Charles Kyalo Makau, both of P.O. Box 289, Mitaboni in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Philip Makau Muthengi, who died at Mitaboni, on 19th January, 2015. Box 1292–00100, Machakos in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of cosmos Kaloki Musyoka, who died at San Diego, California, USA, on 25th February, 2021. CAUSE NO. E68 OF 2023 By (1) Samuel Musau Kioko, (2) Domitila Kanini Mulata and (3) Joyce Ndulu Ngumbi, all of P.O. Box 804, Machakos in Kenya, the deceased’s son and daughters, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kioko Mulata, who died at Kyaani Sub-location, on 14th September, 2000. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
