TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 30 OF 2021 By (1) Hellen Adhiambo Odhiambo and (2) Charles Odhiambo, both of P.O. Box 74608–00200, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter and widower, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Miriam Chepkemoi Odhiambo, who died at Umoja, on 11th October, 1995. CAUSE NO. E203 OF 2023 By (1) Edward Kipsang Barsuch and (2) Stevenson Kipsongoi Barsuch, both of P.O. Box 14237–20100, Nakuru in Kenya, the deceased’s children, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Barsuch Nyomboi Cheptoo alias Richard Barsuch Nyomboi alias Nyomboi Barsuch Cheptoo alias Richard Barsuch Nyomboi Cheptoo, who died at Nakuru Heart Centre, on 16th October, 2023. CAUSE NO. E204 OF 2023 By (1) Samuel Kinyanjui Kambo and (2) Peter Ngugi Kambo, the deceased’s brothers, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Francis Mbugua Kambo, who died at Githima, on 13th March, 2023. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
