NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 19th January, 2024, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 1315, in Volume D1, Folio 877/3584, File No. MMXXIII, by our client, Dharmishthaben Shaileshkumar Patel, formerly known as Dharmishthaben Shaileshbhai Patel alias Dharmishthaben Natverlal Patel, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Dharmishthaben Shaileshbhai Patel alias Dharmishthaben Natverlal Patel and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Dharmishthaben Shaileshkumar Patel, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Dharmishthaben Shaileshkumar Patel only.
