NOTICE is issued pursuant to the provisions of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya, to the owners of Ford Titanium motor vehicle reg. No. 21CG 027A and Toyota Fortuner reg. No. 21C 004A, to take delivery of the said vehicles which are at Capitol Diamond Storage and Auction Yard, Thika, within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice upon payment of all accumulated storage charges together with costs of publication and any other incidental costs. Failure to which the same shall be disposed of either by public auction pr private treaty and the proceeds of the sale shall be defrayed against all accrued charges without any further reference to the owner.
