NOTICE is given pursuant to the provision of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) laws of Kenya, to the owner of motor vehicle reg. No. KAJ 874R, BMW 520I, to take delivery of the said motor vehicle from Auto Gallery Mombasa Limited yard located along Waiyaki Way, Nairobi, within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice upon payment of accumulated parking /storage charges together with the cost of this publication and any other incidental cost, failure to which the same shall be disposed by the way of public auction and the proceed of the sale be defrayed against all accrued charges without further notice.
