REHABILITATION AND CAPACITY ENHANCEMENT OF JAMES GICHURU ROAD JUNCTION – RIRONI HIGHWAY (A8) ADDENDUM AND INQUIRY IN PURSUANCE of the Land Act, 2012, Part VIII, and further to Gazette Notices No. 810 of 2016, 10477 and 10478 of 2017, the National Land Commission on behalf of Kenya National Highways Authority (KeNHA) intends to add the below listed parcel of land required for rehabilitation and capacity enhancement of James Gichuru Road Junction–Rironi Highway (A8) and further inquiries to hear claims to compensation for interested parties in the land required for the project shall be held on the date and day listed below: Addendum Plot No. Registered owner(s) Acquired Area (Ha.)
