REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Yohana Amugongo alias Yohana Amukongo (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 0.5 hectare or thereabouts, known as Kakamega/Kapsotik/439, situate in the district of Hamisi, and whereas in the Senior Principal Magistrate’s Court at Hamisi in Succession Cause No. 145 of 2021, has issued letters of administration in favour of Thomas Khamisi Yohana, and whereas the said Thomas Khamisi Yohana has executed an application to be registered as proprietor by transmission in respect of the said piece of land, and whereas the land title deed is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed, and proceed with the registration of application to be registered as proprietor by transmission in favour of Thomas Khamisi Yohana, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to Yohana Amugongo alias Yohana Amukongo (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
