THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS William Sankok Maina (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all those pieces of land containing 0.08 and 0.20 hectare or thereabouts, known as Ngong/Ngong/54465 and 44318, respectively, situate in the district of Kajiado, and whereas the High Court of Kenya at Kajiado in Succession Cause No. 21 of 2017, has issued grant in favour of (1) Lawrwnce Githae Sankok and (2) Esther Watere Sankok, to be registered as administrators, and whereas the land title deed issued in respect of the said piece of land has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deeds and proceed with registration in favour of the said administrators (1) Lawrwnce Githae Sankok and (2) Esther Watere Sankok, and upon such registration the land title deeds issued earlier to the said William Sankok Maina (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
