GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 735

WHEREAS Daniel Mutuba Mbuvi alias Daniel Mutuva Mbuvi alias Daniel Mutumba (deceased), is registered as proprietor of that piece of land containing 3.280 hectares or thereabout, known as Ndalani/Ndalani Block 1/914, situate in the district of Machakos, and whereas the Principal Magistrates Court at Kithimani in Succession Cause No. 200 of 2021, has issued grant of letters of administration to (1) Ruth Ngina Mutuba (ID/1677084) and (2) Graham Kimeu Mutuva (ID/4418490), and whereas the said (1) Ruth Ngina Mutuba and (2) Graham Kimeu Mutuva, have executed an application to be registered as proprietors by transmission of L.R.A. 39 in respect to the said piece of land, and whereas the land title deed issued in respect of the said piece of land has been missing or lost, and whereas all efforts made to recover the said land title deed for the said piece of land have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of L.R.A. 39 in the names of (1) Ruth Ngina Mutuba and (2) Graham Kimeu Mutuva, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Daniel Mutuba Mbuvi alias Daniel Mutuva Mbuvi alias Daniel Mutumba (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
