GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 734

WHEREAS Gedion Kioko Kitavi (deceased), is registered as proprietor of that piece of land known as Donyo Sabuk/Komarock Block I/50922, situate in the district of Machakos, and whereas the Chief Magistrates Court at Kangundo in Succession Cause No. E67 of 2022, has issued grant of letters of administration to (1) Reuben Mulwa Kioko (ID/0751472) and (2) John Mutua Kitabi Kioko (ID/256120), and whereas the said (1) Reuben Mulwa Kioko and (2) John Mutua Kitabi Kioko have executed an application to be registered as proprietors by transmission of L.R.A. 39 in respect to the said piece of land, and whereas the land title deed issued in respect of the said piece of land has been missing or lost, and whereas all efforts made to recover the said land title deed for the said piece of land have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of L.R.A. 39 in the names of (1) Reuben Mulwa Kioko and (2) John Mutua Kitabi Kioko, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Gedion Kioko Kitavi (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
