THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Njoroge Mwangi (deceased), is registered as proprietor of that piece of land known as Laikipia Daiga Umande Block 2/3659 (Akorino), situate in the district of Laikipia, and whereas the Chief Magistrates Court Court at Nanyuki in Succession Cause No. E45 of 2021, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant in favour of Wallace Kuria Njoroge as administrator, and whereas the said Wallace Kuria Njoroge as administrators have executed an application to be registered as proprietor by transmission L.R.A. 39, and whereas the land title deed of the said piece of land is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration as proprietor by transmission L.R.A. 39 in the name of Wallace Kuria Njoroge, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Njoroge Mwangi (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
