REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Joel Mweu Mulli (ID/3347140), of P.O. Box 116– 90115, Kangundo in the Republic of Kenya, is registered proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land situate in the County of Machakos, registered under title No. Kangundo/Kyevaluki/1963, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register in respect thereof is lost or destroyed, and whereas all efforts made to locate the said land register have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall proceed and reconstruct the lost land register as provided that no objection has been received within that period.
