REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Vipingo Properties Limited, of P.O. Box 82589–815– 80119, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of leasehold interest of all that piece of land known as 5025/236, situate in Kilifi Municipality within Kilifi County, registered as C.R. 60182/1, whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the deed file register in respect of the title has been lost or destroyed, and whereas the owner has executed a deed of indemnity in favour of the Government, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof provided that no objection has been received within that period, I intend to proceed with the registration of the said instrument of indemnity and reconstruct the deed file title register as provided under section 33 (5) of the Act.
