REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Raphael Katana Kengu, is registered proprietor in freehold ownership of all that piece of land containing 6.85 hectares or thereabout, known as Malindi/Marereni-Msumarini/253 situate in Kilifi District, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said of title deed in respect of the said parcel of land has been lost or destroyed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
